Care
Hand wash only. Fine china does not belong in a dishwasher — the heat and the detergent dull a glaze and lift gold over time.
- Wash in warm water with a mild detergent and a soft cloth.
- Dry at once rather than leaving pieces to drain.
- Avoid abrasive pads and scouring powders.
- Avoid sudden changes in temperature — never take a piece from hot water straight to cold.
- Never microwave a piece with gold or platinum trim.
- When stacking, put a napkin or soft cloth between plates to protect the glaze.
